    Hubungi PermataTel Call Center PermataBank (08818010005), untuk lupa PIN/Password, dan siapkan data Anda seperti KTP, rekening tabungan dan kartu ATM (PermataBank) untuk verifikasi. Atau kunjungi langsung kantor cabang terdekat dengan membawa KTP, ATM, buka tabungan.
