After the first learning event, we have started preparing the content for the modules that were planned for the socond learning week. The second learning week took place in Madrid, Spain between 16-20 October this year.
A Handbook on how to deliver green business idea on the market was presented through the week, workshops and different games like lego game were used to present all valuable theories and methodologies regarding the green business and green entrepreneuship.
The topics discussed in the second learning week that encouraged reflection were; Why decide for the Sustainable entrepreneurship; through Case studies we have compared the traditional and green entrepreneurs; Problems that we face regarding sustainability and how to solve them; Digital vegetable garden case study; Green and Environmental Market strategies; Business planning explained including its full lifecycle and exit strategies; Marketing and online marketing highlighting the topics of target audience, communication goals and online tools; Sales strategies on a green market with emphasis on customers, segments and differences from a regular product market; Social impacts and assessment of sustainability elements and the way of connecting profit to social impact; and Social entrepreneurship as a possible way of green businesses.
We all learned a lot and it was an absolutely incredible week in Madrid with an amazing team!
